Fixed back up sights for AR-15 .22lr

I have a .22 upper coming in the next few days and am looking for something similar to the LMT A2 sights (that roll onto the rail.)

But I don't want to fork over $100 bucks. Anyone know of a reasonable alternative? Its just a plinker.

I run Daniel Defense's A1.5 rear sight on my CMMG .22lr upper. Very simple and very robust, and since I also have an aimpoint mounted I like the fact it doesn't take up a lot of room and allows for co-witnessing. I've seen UTG or NcStar knock-offs of the LMT rear sight for around $30 - $40 at air soft places if you want want a cheaper version of the LMT adjustable sight.

search for a used pair of irons from a smith and wesson M&P 15-22. They are copy of the LMT sights. Ive compared them to the real deal, not quite as robust but pretty damn close.

You could also keep your eye out for a used pair of LMTs. I recently scored a set here for 100 bones.
