    New IOR knobs, Impressive

25 MOA in one turn. I should not need to go more then one turn with my current load.

I'll do a full review in a couple of weeks when I get out to the range.

Awesome! I'm glad to see they're finally updating these. Zeroing them is also much easier now.

Not too shabby. Those Scenars really work well for flyin' flat. Nice thing on the mil knobs, they go 10 mils per turn, or roughly 34 MOA per turn. That should get you to 1K with one spin.

I'm to impatient and I really liked my 4-14x50 but really wanted these knobs. I was torn between the 2-10x42 with all mils/ffp and the 3-18x42 either the SH or SFP version. 10x just didn't seem long enough after having the extra 4x to play with and I did not want to wait till next year. If I wanted to wait I would have gotten a USO. I think they upgraded the glass as well. It just seemed sharper and with more contrast.

I understand your reasoning perfectly. You did the right thing. A 4-14 that is calibrated at 10x is a winner. Its when you get into the 5.5-22's and such that are calibrated at max magnification and you have trouble. You're going to be very pleased with that scope. No more getting lost on different revolutions.

I'm going to try and get out this sunday or next weekend. Gotta wait and see what the wife has planned.
