Difference between Eotech MPO II and MPO III?

Greetings all!

So, in the next week or two I expect to have my new piston upper to mount on my old pre-ban lower, and I'll have a shiny new toy to play with.

Since this is a flat-top upper, I need to get some optics... I've been putting my pennies aside for a while and I'm about ready to place my order. A whole lotta coin for something that'll I'll never use on anything other than paper targets and steel plates, but whatever... if the dead rise or the Monacans invade, I'll be ready!

I've decided I really like the Eotech sights, but from time to time I may want to reach out a bit further so I'm thinking the magnifier is a good idea, too. So, basically, an MPO-II or MPO-III.

Question... can anyone explain what, exactly, the difference is? I guess the II is calibrated for M4s, which would probably be good since mine is going to be an M4gery, and it also has four red dots, for use out to 600 meters, but is there anything else?

the biggest difference is the MPO-II has a EXPS3 which is night vision compatible. The MPO-III is a EXPS2 which is the same sight without the NV compatibility. If you ever thing your going to add a PVS-14 or similar NV monocular you might want to go with the MPO-II. Great choice for an optics setup!!
