OP with all due respect, you are wrong. Nothing in the ordering process ever indicated a delay or backorder... and when I log into my account and review invoice all it says is "on hold".
I have called customer service and discussed the issue... got an email with info on how to get an rma # - I'll probably return the light and cancel the Burris ( I can get both from red-dot-scopes for only a few bucks more and they have 'em in stock).
