    ACOG

    Looks pretty cool, which is your favorite and why for the AR in .223.
    Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    TA31 RCO-M4

    or the TA31 with red chevron

    I've looked through many of them, these two are my favorites. Reticle is much easier to see than the TAO1 Army version. The 4x is perfect for my use. It takes some time to get used to, but the both eyes open is REALLY fun on these.

    When using the BAC, it appears that you are using no zoom until you want to aim at something. It almost feels like you have a Terminator eye...that's the best I can describe it as.

        I like the "F" reticles, with a red chevron atop a ranging reticle.

        I've used ones in the past to figure which I want, and I get to pick up my TA31F today! My first scope

            I own 3 ACOGs.

            I can shoot surprisingly accurately (subMOA w/good rifle + ammo, and on bench) with the chevron reticle on my TA31F - though I like the cross-hair reticle on my 308 TA01B.

            [I wish my 3.4X Elcans had an uninterrupted line/crosshair instead of the small break.] I think the new Elcan Spectre DR 1x/4x scope has a better reticle, I'll know a bit more when I get mine in hand in the next day or two.

                TA01NSN for now.. I like the standard reticle... tried a TA31F once and did not like it but that's because I really did not give it a chance. Was going to get a TA31F but I think I will go with TA11F for the extended eye relief. Someday I might want to mount an ACOG on one of my 308's and will need the extended eye relief for the recoil.

                Just bought the TA11F from opticsplus and hoping to have it buy next Friday

                  bwiese, can you write up a field report when you get this? Not a whole lotta reviews I see on this one from "the people".

                        thanks for the product and I can't wait. Been wanting a TA11F for a long time. And some here say I don't support American Products

                        Watching all these ACOG video's makes it hard for me to save money.

                          I looked through one at the range one time and knew I had to have one. I think my next purchase is going to be the TA01ECOS which is the one in the video you posted. Dealer price is still more than $1300 though. We can get you the mount and DOC backup red dot for your TA11F if you like

                          And in case you didn't know your TA11F comes with these accessories:
                          * 1 3.5x35 Scopecoat
                          * 1 Large sized Pelican Case
                          * 1 Lenspen
                          * 1 Trijicon Logo Sticker

                            Guys,
                            Just curious... have you checked to see how much phoria is affecting your ability to use BAC? That was my problem in that the POI and POA were always different when I tried to use the BAC feature.

                              Kick A_$_$! I might have to pick up the DOC sight for my TA01NSN and the TA11F. I have to get the NightForce NXS first though

                              Your guy's prices are not helping me save money though... This will be my third ACOG, and the excitement of this one is just the same as when I picked up my first one.
