I just purchased a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 EBR-1 and was wondering what size flip up cap in I need for the front (50mm)? I bought a 30mm Butler Creek for the rear eye piece which works great. Also, Any suggestions for the front for an ARD?

For Butler Creek it's a size 43. I have the same scope. OD of 2.06 inches I believe on the objective. I bought the size 16 eyepiece cover but it needed a strip of electrical tape in it to keep it tight. seems to work just fine."I don't work for you!" - Joe Biden
