    Scope for Marlin 60

I have had this gun for since about 85' and all I've ever had on it was a 22-type scope. I would like put something else on it, any suggestions?

You probably have the 4x scope that came on the Marlins. They need the 3/8" dovetail. And yes, adding a 22LR scope (with bigger objective) makes a big difference. I really have had great luck with mine - I bought a Barska scope on Amazon (eBay has some Simmons which are nicely priced also).

I just recieved a Nikko Stirling scope NMMI394AO. 3 -9x 40mm. Its also an Illuminated model, can choose from red or green. I have it mounted on a Marlin Model 60, with the 22" barrel. (Never getting ride of this rifle) Can't wait to take it to the range and sigh it in. The scope is a vast upgrade from my old Bushnell 4x x 20mm.
