Railed gas blocks??

I hope this is the right section, are there any railed gas blocks preferably high profile than can be pinned to a barrel? Ive been looking on the internet for about a week and havent found one. Im beginning to think nobody makes them, the closest one I've seen is on the m&p 15 but I dont think they sell the gas block separate. Also should I just buy something like this and send it to someone to drill holes so it can be pinned or should I get this GG&G flip up front sight/gas block? Thanks in advance

VLTOR makes a pinned version, both with and without QD cup. It also includes a built in front sight, but also with picatinny rails. Part #VST-1P

I saw that and I liked it a lot but when I read it doesnt have a locking mechanism I lost interest. :/
