    Scope Adjustment Issue

I have a Burris 3 X 9 scope that I've had (mounted a winchester model 70 featherwight 270 cal.) problems adjusting the power on it, esp when you go from a low to high power. I hesitate putting any lubing stuff on it (WD-40, ect). Saddly it doesn't get used much any more, which make add to the problem. From day one the scope has been kind of hard to adjust but it seems gotten worse. I've had the scope for as (almost) as long as I had the gun. So fellow shooters; any suggestions?
    (Besides replacing the scope?)
Other than the adjustment issue, the scope has been a good one.

      Fjold: I appericate the info!
Didn't know the Burris did that (I'm glad they do!)
I'll give them shout in the near future.
