Sightmark 7x Tactical Magnifier for Weapon Sights

I was thinking about gettting this to go with my Aimpoint T1. Anyone ever used this before?

I also never used anything from Sightmark, what kind of reputation does it have?

I was looking on Opticsplanet and there seems to be a newer version of these magnifiers. Anyone with any information on the newer model? There isn't even a picture of them yet

Similar optics. Our current magnifiers have a coloured ring on them to identify them, since the former magnifiers were manufactured for us by a company that dropped the quality after we approved them. We moved the manufacturing to someone who would meet our quality requirements, and identified the new magnifier with a coloured ring. The original manufacturer began building the magnifiers for other companies.

We would consider the magnifiers to be a mid-range consumer-oriented optic as far as quality goes. While well-built and nitrogen purged to be fog-proof, we do not market it as a military or LE-grade optic. It is intended for range use, hunting, etc.

My experience with Sightmark rifle scopes, by the way, has been very positive. They are well-built, have very good glass for the price, and are very good optics, overall. I have used and looked at several.
