Lasermax Micro on Gas block

Has anyone tested a Lasermax Micro on a railed gas block on a AR platform? I know the Magpul sights melts but the material is stated to withstand 350F and customer service told me they have not had any problems with them on a AR.

Please share your experience if you have one of these on your AR.
