    Turners is running a sale this week on the 4-12x 50mm and 6-24x 44mm models. My question is, how good/bad are they? I'm looking for a cheap scope to stretch the legs on my AR. I'll eventually purchase a nice one but for now the $50 price tag looks good temporarily. Also, if I were to get one which model should I get 4-12x or the 6-24x? Thanks in advance.

    Btw it's only for AR plinking.
