You should have it disassembled and check if you have a bent barrel or if where the receiver and barrel mate is the problem. What is the profiling of the barrel?

Since you linked an upper with a fsb, im assuming u had the rail added on later? Who did the work? Are you putting the eotech on the reciever portion or the handguard portion?

Just have to ask jthose just in case, but if you put the eotech on the reciever portion as most do, then i would say have your barrel and how it was installed looked at. I never put an upper together myself, this is purely deduction on my part.
