Scope Suggestions

I want to get a scope for my new OLL build. I have a stag 2h upper and want a scope just for plinking. I am guessing I would probably only need something good out to 400-600 yards. I want to try and stay under 200 bucks if possible. any suggestions?

look under the nikon buckmaster line-up something in a 3-9x with a mildot recticle should be just perfect for it.

A little more then your budget and probably longer then you need but it is a very nice scope. I own one and it is excellent on my Savage in 223.

I am new to the whole optics thing so I am not sure what anything means. Also what kind of mount/ rings would i need to mount this. i am looking for a mount that wont take long to take off or put on.
