Vortex Optics Is The Best Optics Company

I just wanted to do a little write up of the expirience that I've had with Vortex Optics. Everytime I need something they absolutley blow me away with their customer service. They have let me upgrade a few times, replaced a scope with a minimal problem by cross shipping me a new one, two day shipping!. I have dealt with Julie, Brian and a few others and everytime I was just very suprised of the level of courtesy and the gerneral care they have to set things right. Also I have two of their PST scopes and love them!

Out of curiousity what scopes did you upgrade from and why?

They are Great!!!! Just got off the phone with Tom and he help me choose between
the Nomad and the Viper after I told what I wanted to do with my scopes. He said I should get the Nomad now and save the money for something better if my skill progress
to longer ranges.Wow a vender thats trying to save ME money thats rare. VORTEX A++++

From a vendor's point of view, I must agree that Vortex is doing things right. Their tech support for dealers is outstanding. We get the opportunity to see prototypes, and new products before release, and they take suggestions and criticism well. Good folks, all around.

I had a problem with my Vortex Sparc about a week ago, all it took them is 1 e-mail and two days, they got it repair for me. I too feel they have excellent customer service.

I don't know about the o.p., but my upgrades weren't free. They were discounted though, but they should be if you're sending something back that isn't working right just for the hassle you have to put up with.

My limited experience with Vortex is a Sparc. But it performed flawlessly. I sold it to a friend and he loves it. Vortex is such good value for the money that I bought a PST 1-4x.

I haven't tried their scopes yet but I own Diamondback and Viper Binoculars. Great stuff.

All the great CS reports I keep reading about Vortex led me to finally order 1 of their little Sparcs. I normally, wouldn't go with a Chinese rd optic, but Vortex's great warranty is extremely reassuring. So far I have zero doubts or regrets with my purchase.
