    GG&G customer service

    Anyone deal with GG&G customer service? They seemed great and helped me out over the phone. They even said they would take care of my lost parts, eventhough it was completely my fault. I even offerred to pay and they said no problem, they would ship it out. However after 2 1/2 weeks, I never recieved the parts and I called them again. Spoke to another customer service rep and he was really helpful. Checked the computer and said nothing was ever shipped, so he took all of the information down again and it has been a week. I sent an email through their customer service and no response??? I thought thet were pretty good. I'll wait another week and see what happens.

    I owe GG&G an appology, my impatientness got in the way with a mix up from their customer service for delivery. They have a great product and excellent customer service!!!

    I am a retailer of theirs and use their products myself. I've never had a customer need to return something and I never had an issue with their products of theirs I own. It has all been extremely well made and very durable. As for your experience, computer glitches do occassional happen. And it sounds like they are going the extra mile for you.

      I've ordered a few things from them, an aimpoint./mount package and also some different rails for their GG&G upper (which aren't on the regular menu so to speak), good experience with them both times.

        I was not bad mouthing them, just wanted to see if I should hang in there or just move on. I know they a doing me a big favor, but I also offered to pay and told them it was my fault. I have been waiting patiently since April 6th and have just about given up. This BUIS is for my freshly build 6.8 SPC and I'm not able to shoot it. Just trying to get a census about their customer service, because I have not had any of their products break or fail on me as well.

          I had my ar-15 sent to them to have a gas block drilled and pinned.

          Sent it on a Monday, they said it would take 2-4 weeks. They sent it back on a Friday and they had it done on a Thursday but they called me with a question and since I wan't home they didnt ship it out that day, 4 day turn around and the guy on the phone was nice.

          I highly recommend them.
