I'm just not a very patient person
And the more I learn about FFP I don't think it's "all that" for my intended use. I'm not going to be using the scope for determining range so FFP doesn't really do that much. So, if I take the FFP off the requirements list there are a whole lot of alternatives to look at. cheers.

FFP is good for ranging, but what is more important for, is quick target engagments at varying distances (if you have a mil type reticle), you can just hold and shoot, samething with wind and makes for quick corrections, as opposed to a sfp scope where you have to be on a certain power to get the most out of your reticle. FFP is the way to go (I have a 6-24pst), once you get one, you wont go back.Comment

From what I hear the Weaver 3-15 FFP isn't bad. Sightron S3 scopes are good too and they will have a SFP MOA MOA version out soon.
If you can wait the Vortex scopes should start showing up in greater numbers, there is a large shipment in customs right now that they are waiting on. Hopefully when it's in they'll stop trickling them out and just make them available.Comment
