LOL. This was pretty funny, however, please to the world a favor and do a part two of this PSA! Show them the terrible tracking by zeroing, making adjustments for distance, and dialing back down! I'm tired of seeing these things promoted as top tier optics with the outright lies behind the product.

Also, isn't there some sort of law preventing the form of false advertising they do?

ok not to bash this scope. i have never seen one. what all was bad about the scope? you never said anything about bad glass you never showed anything to back up your claims. did it not hold zero? what makes this a bad scope?

You are correct, we didn't do anything in the video to back up our claims. Nor did we intend to. It was just supposed to be a funny video about an optic who's criticism has already hit critical mass well before we did this video (plus a customer asked us to). We have several "quality" scopes we'll be going to the range with soon for "real" reviews. Hard to justify much more time on this one.

Counter Sniper gets a different level of criticism because they mislead buyers into thinking this is a military grade scope that is being used by the military. When I edited the video, I copied and pasted the words *Contract Overrun* directly from their site. The customer who gave us the Counter Sniper and requested a review bought it under that pretense as well. The optic companies who actually have the military contracts don't print on their scope boxes, "The World's Finest Military Optical Gunsights."



Below is the pic of the famous Nightforce scope that was actually hit with an enemy round and still worked. Counter Sniper is attempting to project the same perception...

Funny video. But you could have filled that minute or so of dead space at the end with bloopers or something. Or some video of you shooting the scope and checking its fucntion afterwards.
