Rail options advice

I've been scouring the web looking for a handguard that:

- drop in / no gunsmithing
- optional or no rails. I don't want the rails permanently attached all around like most. I can live with no rails, but I would like the option of adding a short piece where necessary
- rifle length (also have a fixed front sight)

I know there's the magpul moe handguard.

Is there any other option? Most drop in rails seem to have rails integrated into the handguard which I really don't need/want.

Cool. Thanks! That's pretty close to what I'm looking for. I think if nothing else comes up that's what I'm gonna get.
