    micro reflex sights-opinions requested

I am considering buying a micro reflex like the JPoint, leupold deltapoint etc. I am planning on using this sight as a close range system on my AR with JP offset mounts which is the main reason i want to keep the sight as small as possible. i shoot LH. Good idea? Bad idea? Brand suggestions w/advantages & disadvantages? Alternatives? BUIS are an obvious option i am considering but sight not the best & think the reflex might be Quicker. All thougts & suggestions appreciated.

I did some research on this a while back and ended-up sticking with BUIS. I may still buy a micro reflex in the future for ****s and giggles.
Anyway, I think you might find that at $200, the Burris Fastfire II will give you a lot more bang for your buck than any of the pricier brands. It's a very nice little sight.

Thanks for your imput, i'm still considering irons but my eye sight kinda sucks & while i can see thru the standard apertures it takes me awhile.my plan is to have a set of cheap flip ups that would co witness with the small reflex but admittedly dont know if that will work. I have looked at the burris & hope for some imput about it verses any other brands. I am only aware of leupold & JP.

The Leupold was my first choice when I started looking. I'm a Leupold fanboy, so to me there was no other choice...until I saw the dot. It's more of a blob, where the Burris is a nice dot. I haven't seen the triangle reticle, though, so I can't really say anything about that one. But the dot version was a little disappointing.

Thanks for the input guys, all is welcome. Had not seen the primary arms unit before, looks good too. Thanks mrvash. They all seem to have pretty much the same features & are basicly the same except for the range of prices.Dueces, glad to get your impression re the dot in the leupold, was kind of leanin that way while still choking on the price. I can only assume the difference in price is due to component quality but i hate paying to much for a name almost as much as getting what i pay for when i really cheap out on tools or such. Guess what im sayin is, im not comfortable just judging by price. Hence my request for opinions.
