Aimpoint M4 or T1

any one of those will be fine for 200yds.

What kind of shooting is the question?
If you want to ping gongs or hit man sized targets, once again any is fine, esp the aimpoint micro.

aimpoint micro con:
Problem with the micro having a 4moa reticle, dont hope to print tight groups at 200yds.
smaller field of view
pro: small and light!
Very good battery life, but battery type can be a bit harder to find.

on the opposite end, you have an ACOG. 3x or 4x ACOG will do 200yds with ease, and with a fair level of precision too. Plenty tough with no batteries to worry about. On the other hand, they arent cheap, and not ideal for closer range, and not as "quick" as a reflex sight (at cloaser range)

Eotech has a 1 moa dot, and the M4 has 2moa, which wont cover up as much of your target at 200yds as the Micro will.

the HUD style of the eotech give you a great field of view, plus the other 65moa ring make quick target acquisition a snap, as its easier to "find" your reticle. 65 moa is also the approx size of an adult male from head to toe at 100yds, so you can also use it for impromtu range finding.

Eotechs have a pretty wide model range, but they all more or less work the same and the reticles are all more or less the same. New they can be had as low as 350 for a 512 model, which I like as they run of AA batteries. Variations involve size, weight, battery type, and night vision compatibility. Battery life over all isnt as stellar as aimpoint, but more than adequate to be practical. One downside is some people see a lot of distortion with the eotech reticle (astigmatisms seem to be a big issue) which makes them harder to use/see, though some report this with other reflex sights as well.

The real strength of the M4 is in its battery life, almost 8 years constant on with a single AA battery. Set it, and forget it. Outside of personal preference, there is no reason this should operate horribly different from an Eotech. Biggest downside is the price IMO.

IMHO the M4 is just too heavy. I would go with the T-1 if buying right now.

Shooting at 200 yrds there is only a 2-3" bullet drop with a 223 at 100yrd zero. Just aim a pinch higher

I just put a comp m4 on my SCAR. It replaced an eotech512, so as far as Im concerned, its lighter!
