Spotting scope recommendations

I'm looking for a decent spotting scope so I can see where I'm hitting on the target. I'm looking for distances out to 300 yards and can hopefully keep it under $300. I don't need the best since I don't go out to the rifle range that often but I would like something of decent quality. I appreciate any advice.

B&H is owned by orthodox Jews so a Friday/Saturday order isn't going to happen. They have decent return service but it takes forever to get your money. Slow to deliver, slow to return money, and delivers a bad product. Adorama is much better (also owned by Orthodox so be vary on ordering times). And only blocks away.

Odd. My spotting scope didn't take but a week to arrive, the product was in great condition and packaged well, and when I called they were very helpful and friendly.

My girl, who used to live in NYC also told me B&H was GTG. Ofcourse her experiences were FTF, but she said she had good experiences there.

If they are closed on Friday and Saturday then oh well, I'm not the type that needs all my stuff yesterday. Waiting is part of the fun.

Is your opinion based on one transaction with them?

We recommend the Konus 20-60x80 to a majority of our customers. Can't beat it for the money.

Slow to deliver,

I got mine about 3 days after ordering, but I'm closer to New York than California.
