Mount Identification & Question About Scope Magnification

Does anyone know what mount is used for the reflex sight?

Also, I'm trying to decide whether to go with 3-9x or 4-12x Leupold Mark Ar Scope.

I'll be shooting mostly at Angeles and Burro Canyon which means paper targets out to 200 yards, rarely 300 yards and steel targets out to 600 yards. I won't be shooting my rifle beyond 600 yards.

I want to group shots on paper and just hit the steel targets reliably (do not know the size of the steel targets at angeles).

    I have good eye sight.

    What do you guys think?

IMHO if you are going to offset mount a reflex sight I would go for the 4-12x in the off chance you do want that little bit of extra magnification it is there and the reflex will take up the minor difference on the low end difference from the 3-4.
