Possible Eotech Issue? ***VIDEO ADDED***

Hey guys,

I dont know how commin this is, but I figured I would ask some fellow Eotech owners.

When I look through the window and move my head around, the reticle moves about as it keeps its Point of Aim (like it's supposed to). However, when the reticle moves to the left side of the window, it starts fading about 2/3rds of the way over and the left side of the reticle (65 MOA circle) disappears completely around the left 25% and further side. The right side does not have this problem and holds it's intensity to about 90-95% of the window's edge. Going up is even better, and the bottom I'd say retains 100% reticle brightness up to about 85% of the window.

I dont know if I'm, explaining this correctly.....i'll try and get some pictures tonight so you can see what i'm talking about.

Does anyone else have this problem? It hasn't been dropped or mishandled at all (range queen), so I dont know what would cause this. I recently just changed out the batteries, just in case someone mentions that.

sounds like an eotech problem... my XPS2 is bright to all edges.

hmm thats weird, did you buy it from an authorized dealer? i just bought my eotech xps2 and my adjusting turning knobs dont click why i turn them and the buttons dont click when i press them. i bought it from an authorizes gun store owner at a gun shoe in orange county and prayed i dint buy a fake. cause they can make fakes look identical now. i mean its not that big of a deal just wanna make sure it is real. i will ask around if nayone has had that problem before and will im you.
