Target knobs for a Kahles scope...where to get them?

I got a used Kahles scope (3x-9x42mm). I was wondering if you know of anyone who makes target knobs for them?

Ya I checked there and it was a no go. I wanted something with external turrets for my target rifle so I bought a new scope. Stepping down a bit in the quality department maybe, but it does what I need it to do. I picked up a Vortex Viper.
