I use two of them. They are not the best quality mount but they do the job. We also sell them.

Do they return to Zero after removing and replacing ?
Do they come with the Picatiny and smooth top rings ?

Well my Local Sportsmans Warehouse has them in stock.
After looking at them, I had to pass.
Looks like typical made in China Junk
Screws felt like they were striped going on, the clamp bar did not mount up straight or flush, looked like Pot metal.
I'll wait until I can afford a LaRue.
For now I bought Leupold QWR Rings, Pricy, but "Quality"

They aren't bad. It won't always remount on your previous zero, but it's never more than a couple/few clicks off. At $60-$70 it's going to be hard to find something that you'll be really excited to own.

Made in China gamble. You might buy once and get lucky, or buy twice because it is crap.
