Streamlight TLR-2 Laser Visibility When Light is On?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Streamlight TLR-2 light and laser combo? I know that lasers work best in low light situations, but the 135 lumens LED on the Streamlight TLR-2 seems like it would wash out the laser when both are used at the same time. Does anyone know how easy it is to spot the laser when the light is on assuming that the room is totally dark? I may be asking for a lot, but if you have pictures at about 7-10 yards with the light and laser on, that would be great...

I have had a TLR-2 on my HD G23 for the past 3 years. You will have no issues in seeing the red dot in the light beam. The laser is quite bright and very distinct from the light when the unit is used in the combo mode.

Have one. No problems seeing the laser.
