2 dots on the Eotech XPS2-2?

Anyone know why it has two dots in the reticle? It doesn't look like its for bullet drop compensation. I haven't spotted anything on the website defining it. Anyone know?

I have one and the dots get confusing and become one long line. I am having the factory convert it to one dot.
