    see through rings

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive set of see through scope rings for me to run on my 10/22. I'm looking into a 3-9 power scope and wanna get see through rings to use my irons for up close plinking. Any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated.

The see thru rings are a mistake as they put your head too high to properly use the scope plus you can plink close range with a scope. I have a 4X on 3 of my 22RF rifles and all have been used at close range as well as father out.

See thru sights are a sure sign of a novice or foolish owner. Same thing goes with rings that are too high. You always want to mount the scope as close to the barrel as possible. Not as far away as possible.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

my see through rings directly mount to the reciever as the factory mount is kind of high and interferes with the rear sight

i cant remember the brand though but i bought it at kmart like 10 years ago
