Which forging mark is this for carry handles?

I just bought a bag of AR carry handles from an estate sale, the seller had no clue what they were and had them put in the 'tools' section. Seller thought it was something for a 'planer', hah. They all seem 'used' but in good shape with the following forging marks. It's not a square but more like the shape of a state....it's definitely NOT airsoft.

Who makes these? Or what forge is it?
