    Need Optics Suggestion for Handgun

    Hey all,

I'm looking for a good suggestion for either a traditional pistol scope or something holographic for a Ruger Super Redhawk .44mag. It's all stainless so something to match would be nice, but not at all necessary.

Intent is to use it for Pig Hunting, so i'm thinking a red dot or holo sight might be better for quicker target acquisition?

    Any thoughts?

For a high quality, simple and lightweight red dot check out Aimpoint Micro R-1. Silver to match the finish of your revolver.

Wife and I use one on a .357...it works great, but it's slightly less intuitive to aim initially...takes some practice for fast target acquisition.

Above scope looks great. Also the Burris red dot works very nice, for less than an Aimpoint.
