Mildot Scopes

Hey all, sorry for my always noob questions but...

Do all mildot scopes have the same measurements per dot? Is mildot to mildot always the same, regardless of brand name etc? Or if it is different... I'm guessing it'll say on the box/in the manual?

I just ordered a Barska Mildot for my .308 until I can afford the Zeiss I want
