Simple and Cheap RangeFinder

I am looking for the simple and inexpensive rangerfinder.
I just want to see how far the target is....
it's no more than 500 yard...
What do you suggest?

BUSHNELL SCOUT.

It is a decent little rangefinder for your distances. I purchased one a few years ago, and I think I found it for $180.00. Look around.

Or even better/cheaper, the MILDOT MASTER.

Great little tool to have as a back-up. If you rangefinder goes "Ka-Plooey," what are you gonna do?

Or get both!

The catch is that you need a scope that has a "mildot reticle" - but who doesn't now-a-days? (Unless you are one of those high power shooters who are sporting custom Nightforce, Schmidt and Bender, US Optics, or Premier scopes).

I got a Bushnell that goes up to 1200 yards. I only ranged up to 400 yards with it so far. Works great.
