    Tasco scopes

I was looking for a inexpensive scope for my ar15 and saw a bunch of Tasco scopes under $100. Are they a good brand?

Good scopes for the price. I would outshoot others with better scopes when I had my Remy XR100.

What are you mounting it on?
        What is your budget?
        Magnification requirements?
        Length?
        Side Parallax adjustment?

Lots of questions to ask youself.

Tasco, NcStar, Barska are all cheaply-constructed scopes that are priced accordingly.

It's been discussed ad nasuem. Do some searches. You get what you pay for with optics, in the sub $200 price range I'd look at Weaver and Nikon.
