Looking for suggestions on scope for Ruger 10/22 Mall Ninja project

So I just DROS'd my first Ruger 10/22 yesterday. I had my heart set on an M1A Scout but it's just too much to afford so I decided to get a 10/22 and turn it into a mall ninja plinker over the next year or so.

So when I pick up the rifle next week I will already have a picatinny scope base but I need a scope.

Here's what I'm more or less looking for:

Variable power 3-9 is fine.
50mm objective (or as low as 40mm if I have to)
Turrets for adjustments
Black
Somewhere under $60

So anybody know of any scopes like that? I have looked at a number of BSA's, Barskas and the like, I have a few models I might choose from but before I spend money figured it's worth a shot to see if anyone has a good suggestion.
