    is it legal to sell an RPG7 optic sight? in california

      should be, as long as the rpg is not attached...its just glass right?..

          yep just the glass, this has history. My co-worker returned fire on the iraqi who shot the RPG at him, he took the RPG sight left the launcher. Still some Iraqi soil on it too.

                  If customs didn't snag it when he rotated out of the box then chances are it's fine.
