      Well, that sucks for trying to get a high mount so you can still use iron sights.

        Get a bubble level. How far are you shooting, what are you shooting, and what is, I guess, your overall application?

          I'm tryin to decide whether to put a mildot on a Saiga with a high mount, or just go with a red dot. I'm thinking SHTF 300 yds. max.

            You can go with both and a couple QD mounts. I like ACOGs for middle of the road application
