Mini 14 Scope Mounts?

I want to mount a scope to my Mini 14. What are some brands that work well with a Mini-14? I have looked on line and not had real good luck...some reviews are not very encouraging. Some have said the mounts have loosened up with less than a hundred rounds!

I kinda (i think!?) want to be able to use my iron sights with the mount as well, unless there is not a good option for that.

...It is the newer 580 series. I am not sure what you mean by 1 inch rings? I am assuming I need a mount to mount the scope to. Can you send me a pic of what you are talking about.
