Looking for a budget red dot

for around 50-80 dollars to put on my M&P 15-22 and possible on my AR as well, what is ones that are at least reliable, keeps zero, tough build and don't get broken easy.

A lot of good info regarding Primary Arms on the AR15.com site. I'm looking for sights as well and kinda leaning towards Primary Arms.

Millet red dots work great, use them in Bianchi competition, rimfire class.

Look for Ultradots on Ebay, typically about 50% of retail there.

J point, Firepoint, Burris Fastfire, have them all and love them. All about $100 if you haunt Ebay again...

I have the primaryarms mirco. Holds up to my 870.

Another vote for the Primary Arms. I have a Trijicon Accupoint, Eotech 512, Vortex Strikefire, and my Primary Arms holds up as well as all of the above. Holds zero w/o problems as well. For $80 shipped you can't touch it IMO. I'd recommend spending a couple extra bucks on the Vortex, as it has a lifetime warranty, but if you "need" it now, the Primary Arms m3 is a solid red dot.

Spend the extra $50.00 and get a Vortex Strikefire red dot - make sure and get the newer model - "bright red" and you cannot go wrong.

I've ordered several times from Optics Planet and have had absolutely no issues. I haven't ever had to return an item, so perhaps there's an issue with which I am not aware?

I've seen the sig red dots for 100 - they are all of what you need with a long battery life.
