SA M1a scout + ring height

I know alot of people go with medium height rings for their scout scope... and then have issues w/ cheek weld. I've also seen some people go w/ low rings and say the cheek weld issue is solved, but i'm wondering if there is bad co-witnessing w/ low rings and a leupold scout scope. Any experience? I ordered lows, but now switched to mediums..but am wondering if low is the way to go.

Honestly your mileage will vary here.
Try them both and see which ones 'you" shoot better with.
I have a Scout M1A and was gonna run a scope on it but I have too much fun with it as is. Old school I guess.
BTW are you using a scope mounted above the receiver or the barrel rail?
I put a Bushnell red dot on that "heat sink" and cooked it. No warranty.
    Good luck and good shooting!
