Need some opinions on the Trijicon AccuPoint TR24

I'm going to be picking up a Trijicon AccuPoint TR24 soon. What is your take on the different models?

German #4 crosshair with green or amber dot
    or the
    Green or Red triangle

The scope is going on my AR for mainly paper/steel shooting at ASR, but maybe down the line some 3-gun.

I've had both and like the Green Triangle by a small margin. On shot timer, the green triangle is marginally faster than the German No. 4 but where it shines is low-light. The German No. 4 is too small for low-light so it disappears whereas the green triangle still shines bright.

OTOH, the German No. 4 is easier to shoot longer distances. Make sure you get the amber dot if you go German No. 4. The green dot is too hard to see.

Ive owned the green triangle, and it worked out great for me. The only thing is it kinda sucks for precision (have to get the very tip of the triangle on point kinda like an acog) The cross hares are easier for me to get precision shots off because of the horizontal plain. But you can get on target and transition from target to target a heck of a lot faster with the triangle. also the triangle is easier for tracking a target if you ever decide to go hunting because it allows the use of the Both eyes open shooting even at the highest magnification.
