For around that same price, pick up a Millett DMS 1-4x. Good reviews and warranty for a scope around that price range, I just saw a new one on eBay for $215.00 incl shipping. (I think...) Or, save up a little more and get the Viper PST when it comes out in a month, thats what I'm waiting for.
This may sound strange and unbelievable to you, but it is real and true.

Wow, that is one busy looking scope.

Looks like they tried to replicated the looks of ACOG but didn't quite get there.

      I would pass on it.

      Get Millet like Santa said.
'Cuz big holes are easier to see.

I welcome it. How else would I learn.

Interesting, I don't know about you guys, but I don't like an optic you can't see around with rails, lasers, etc. Definitely a busy scope. I personally love the Vortex Strikefire. It comes with a thread on 2x lense as well for slightly further distances. Its no 4x, but I think you will be yet very happy with the Vortex.

you get what you pay for -- really the cheapest way to go *is* to buy the expensive stuff especially with optics. Most cheap optics are junk and you
          will not be happy.
