dual flashlight mount

I'm looking to mount a flashlight on my DDM4. I really like the dual mount that LaRue makes, anyone have any experience with it or any other dual mount? Also, this is my first AR so I'm new to all the accessories. When looking at purchasing mounts its asking for ring size. Do I need to choose my lights before buying the mount? I guess any and all info on light mounting would be appreciated. Or just guide me to a previous thread with said info. What do you guys like to run or prefer?

The larue mounts are very nice. I dont have a dual, but i do have a single.

Yes, you need to determine what light you're going to use before you buy the mount. I have run the following fenix lights: TK11, TK12, and PD30. they are good quality for the price.

I've since switched to a TLR-1 on my rifles. the rocker switch is super easy to use, and it comes with a picatinny mount.
