WILL THIS FIT A MARLIN 60?

I saw this on the classified section; I'm interested but I'm not sure if it'll fit my marlin 60.
It says its a burris universal DOVETAIL medium 1" ring.

If its a dovetail ring, is'nt it suppose to have the two claws underneath the ring where you can tighten it onto the rifles dovetail receiver?

Marlin 60 is a 3/8" dovetail. Usually a scope ring will say '22lr' or 'airgun', indicating 3/8".

That isn't even close.
