    Need help with optic zero

Here is the deal, I have the Valdada 3x25 QR-TS scope with CQB rectical.

I am using a laser bore sight tool. Same one I have used before on other scopes, and red dots, so I don't think it is operator error.

I have a flat top receiver, scope is 2" (2.5 center to center) above top of barrel.

When adjusting the vertical horseshoe rectical dot, to the laser dot, I have to make max adjustment up for the two to come close. Even still, the laser dot holds about the 200 yrd drop mark, not center pin.

Do I need a riser, or am I missing something obvious here?

So, I spoke with a gentleman from Valdada. He explained that if you run out of adjustment clicks, you can re-set it for an additional 40 clicks.

The knob is is two pieces, top piece with finger groves to turn the knob, and the lower piece with numbers. You loosen the top screws, hold the finger portion of the knob with one hand, and bring the numbers back to zero with the other hand, re-tighten the screws, and you now have forty more clicks.

    Worked like a charm.

Great customer service at Valdada, and thank you to Art from Cactus Tactical for getting back to me with the contact information.

Both companies have been great company for customer service.
