Mount and Ring help

Just picked up a 4-14x44mm FFP Falcon Menace and will be mounting on a Rem 700 tactical. I want to put low rings (Burris XTR) on it for good cheek weld. I am looking to get an EGW scope base and need to know if the scope and ring combo will mount on either the 0MOA, 15 MOA or 20 MOA scope base without having to go to medium rings.

you should be able to get away with low rings, on any of those bases, as your objective size is 44....but, I always order (2) sets of rings (low and med) and then send the ones that don't work out, back.

Of course, you'll want to make sure you can cycle your bolt knob, without any interference from the scope throughout any of the focus points.

If you're going to do any long distance, get the 15 or 20 MOA base.....trust me, I learned the hard way (and via a few CalGunners)...bought a zero and returned for 20
