Counterfeit Daniel Defense or Legit?

Hi

Only AFTER I "purchased" this item on ebay - where is says there are "6 available" and ships from New Hampshire, did I notice that the items ship from China 20 days after payment. This made me suspicious. There are a couple of sellers based in China or Singapore or Thailand selling the same item. Buyer reviews for such items expressed skepticism that the items were genuine Daniel Defense products.

This item does not look like the item on the DD website. I just emailed DD and asked them the same question I am posing here.

Please check out the attached screenshot and let me know of you think this is a real DD product or a counterfeit. Thanks for any feedback you may have.

If it's coming out of China I'm guessing It's made in China, along with most of your household items.

I don't believe that Daniel Defense even makes an offset QD mount.

Its chinese garbage/AVOID that stuff. Report the listing for copyright violations.These idiots blatantly copy daniel defense stuff down to the markings..Theyre in china whos gonna do anything about it right? ANYTIME you see that stuff on ebay you need to report the listing. That crap needs to stop. Once thye get into hands here people start getting ripped off.

hope its real i just dropped 250 for an omega 7 rail. but it shipped out of texas so i think ill be ok , and the guy also has a website he sells out of.

PayPal usually protects the customer. Report that the seller sold you a COUNTERFEIT item. And request a Full refund.

Exactly! EVERYONE needs to get on ebay and report this crap. This kinda stuff is really irritating as we all know someone on there is seeing that as an opportunity to rip people off. To the untrained eye they look pretty good and I can just imagine someone trying to pass one off as real....Whenever you see an auction like that report the garbage.

I won't use ebay anymore period. I very seldom go on that site for this exact reason. Its a piss poor bunch of junk save a few old hobby collectors and people looking for EXACT matches to specific items.
