Falcon Optics still in business?

Does anyone know anything about Falcon Optics? They seem to have the least expensive FFP scopes on the market, but nobody has any in stock and the Falcon Optics website has had a "maintenance notice" up for several weeks at least.

Are they in the UK equivalent of bankruptcy? Doors closed?

Even if they are still running, does not sound like the company I would buy from. Think how hard it will be to get fixed if you have a issue.

From what I understand they are still in business, as for warranty that's handled by the seller/distributor so if do buy one get it from a reputable company.

IIRC either Snipershide or Snipercentral sells them, if I were to buy I would go there first.
