I have not priced them in a few years so, I can't help you there. But, I like my 4 year old Nikon 1200 and I paid a lot more than $200 for it.

I've got a 1200 as well and it works great...and I paid more than $200 for it as well!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
          Come on...what harm??

So last week, I was playing with my 1200 while working in the hills above and between the I14 and I5 split (up past the cel towers) and got it to shoot over 1350 yards to a green reflective freeway sign. Shooting to rock faces, I've been able to measure about 850 yards and 500-650yards to brush. You do need to remember that a lazer range finder will not always work out to the max distance. It needs ideal conditions including a good reflective surface to do it. That said and without researching current market prices, if you get it and don't like it, I might be willing to buy it from you for the price you're paying, just to use at work and keep my 1200 for personal use.

                REfurbished ^^

still in stock, just ordered one, came across a few extra $$ and made it happen. soo excited!

not refurbished ^^ only $30 bucks more, but I ended up w/ the refurbished. I would have loved a 1200yd gold model but just dont have the $$ for it.
