Anyone have a Trijicon RedDot mounted on their ACOG?
Specifically the TA31?
I'm currently waiting on the backorder of RedDots but received the MS18 Protective Wing mount today.
I noticed how tight the tolerance is on this thing. When mounted properly, the front of the mount rests about ~.8-1mm on my rearward part of the front adjustment cap.
My fear is under heavy drills or knocking the thing around, I can possible damage the threads on the cap.
I just wanted to see if anyone had any closeup shots of a similar setup.
